Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Being able to have the majority of my social media pages under 1 roof is beyond convenient. I'm able to plan things in advance without having to worry about taking time out of my day EVERY day.

It's easy to use without having additional training.
They provide FAQs, tutorials, and walkthroughs to help with any questions or problems you may have.
It's well suited in having all brand social media platforms under one program/app, being able to plan posts weeks in advanced, and seeing insights/analytics to each platform.

It needs work on being able to add multiple group pages to 1 brand and being able to add stories on Instagram.
