Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

ZohoSocial is awesome! I love resources that actually deliver! If you're on the fence, Go for it! We totally love how we can stay connected to all our social media with an easy-to-use platform. No other social media scheduler has compared to this one and our entire team enjoys utilizing it!

I have been Zoho brand services for almost 10 years. I absolutely love the quality compared to the other services I have experienced. I would say that Zoho Social is right up there with them. I know moving forward I need to keep my social media posting on A game mode and Zoho will definitely help me get there.

Simple and easy is my motto when it comes to working on new software, so for me, this is key. Though I think more color and bigger font can be helpful, I appreciate that things are clear and pretty easy to follow. I have the functions I need and it's pretty easy to make corrections and fix mistakes.
I have never used the support funtion for Zoho Social.
Zoho Social is very well suited for someone looking for big brand visibility but not still in the growth or "small enterprises". Compared to Hubspot it was much easier to navigate and for newbies, this is often the first brand mentioned. But for a newbie once familiar with the platform it will be a breeze to post on social media.
