Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

I have been using Zoho Social for 2 months. It's an extremely useful tool for those looking to manage social media accounts. Very user-friendly - everything is in one place. This tool has cut down the [number] of hours I spend on social media significantly, as you can easily manage everything in one convenient space. The analytics tools are also very helpful. I would definitely recommend this tool to anyone looking to enhance their social media presence.
  • Streamlines tasks on social media (you can post, interact with followers and view analytics all in once space).
  • Allows you to easily interact with team members. It's extremely collaborative.
  • You can monitor other brands and competitors to pick up on new trends and implement them into your own strategy.
  • The only thing that I would change is having the ability to preview the Instagram Grid so that you can see what the grid will look like as a whole before posting.
  • I have more hours in the day to focus on other tasks as Zoho helps streamline everything into one space.
  • I'm not spending money on using multiple tools as Zoho has everything I need in one spot.

Very easy and convenient to use. Extremely user friendly.
Good response time - I receive emails asking if I have any questions about the service.
It's extremely well suited for companies who use multiple social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc.) as you can easily manage everything (including analytics) in one convenient space. If your company only uses one social media platform it may not be as necessary for you to use this tool.
