Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
I have been using Zoho Social for 2 months. It's an extremely useful tool for those looking to manage social media accounts. Very user-friendly - everything is in one place. This tool has cut down the [number] of hours I spend on social media significantly, as you can easily manage everything in one convenient space. The analytics tools are also very helpful. I would definitely recommend this tool to anyone looking to enhance their social media presence.
Pros
- Streamlines tasks on social media (you can post, interact with followers and view analytics all in once space).
- Allows you to easily interact with team members. It's extremely collaborative.
- You can monitor other brands and competitors to pick up on new trends and implement them into your own strategy.
Cons
- The only thing that I would change is having the ability to preview the Instagram Grid so that you can see what the grid will look like as a whole before posting.
- I have more hours in the day to focus on other tasks as Zoho helps streamline everything into one space.
- I'm not spending money on using multiple tools as Zoho has everything I need in one spot.
