Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
I have started using Zoho Social recently. It seems an ok app, much cheaper than Hootsuite and with the same features, plus a lot extra that haven't checked yet. The user interface is friendly and intuitive. We mainly focus on scheduling content for social media and that is easy to do and provides flawless results.

- Connecting your different accounts in social media in one dashboard
- Allowing you to publish content in Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram and Youtube
- Maybe a more clear way to navigate between different tools
- The mos basic package does not include all the features, but it's cheap
- Managing my account wasn't easy at the first attempt

- We are saving a lot compared to Hootsuite
I haven't used any of the other tools yet, but would like to do it in the close future. Specially those that can help with online marketing, lead building, email campaings and B2B businesses. We use right now other tools such as Active Campaign but are open to try. A comprehensive tool that covers all aspects of Marketing is very desirable.
