Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Zoho Social streamlines my content distribution so that one piece of media can be shared to all the main SM platforms in a few simple clicks. It has saved so much time and effort. Its features include Instagram first comment and hashtag groups which allow for better engagement at the touch of a button.

  • Have had issues with the permissions around Google My Business which means the posts have frequently bounced back from there

  • Reports have allowed a greater level of depth for future social planning
I've briefly used Hootsuite but aside from that, I have been using each platform's own tools for posting and analytics. Having all of the data collated from all of the social platforms I post on has been a massive time saver and makes the data easier to consume and strategies from this data have been more successful as a result.

It is simple enough to pick up and go straight away but has enough depth to cover all of the advanced tools you will need. The way the UI is presented makes working with Zoho Social easy and quick. There is access to user support at all times using the menu.

If you are a social media or content distribution manager, Zoho Social is ideal for not only sharing your media ad-hoc, but you can also use the in-built analytics to let it choose the time best suited what most of your audience will be online and most likely to engage. The reporting features and audience breakdown tools are especially insightful.

Yes - Yes, which is overall very similar to the desktop version, so if you get familiar with one it is very easy to use the other. It also retains all of the functionality as far as I can see from the desktop version to the mobile. Overall, it is very similar.
