Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We are using Zoom across the organization. It's easy to use and they provide great support if there are any issues. Bonus, they fit your conference rooms with cameras and sound for optimal video calls! It's also easy for our customers!
- Plugin integrates well with calendars.
- Easy for customers to use, outside of our organization.
- Easy video chats.
- Straightforward interface.
- Have to stop sharing your screen to allow someone else to share.
- Auto set to show video. Not always ideal with external vendors as the default.
- Improved collaboration internally and externally
- More video conference calls with external customers
