Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
If you want a frictionless video conferencing solution that always works, easy to use and reliable.. Zoom is the product. Its been a great choice and journey with Zoom and I recommend it to everyone that is looking to solve their collaboration needs.
- Wireless sharing has been a game changer.
- Mobile client is fantastic and actually designed with a purpose
- Extremely easy to integrate and deploy
- Whiteboarding can use more depth integration for storage, persistent sessions
- Dual content sharing is coming but its been a long while coming
- Active host model for Webinar licenses - it would be a win win for zoom and their customers
- Definitely has made collaborating across geographies effortless. Hard to put a dollar value on that but it's been a game changer for our org.
Fantastic, easy to setup, integration with Zoom is seamless. The hardest part has been making sure the room has good acoustic sound. Zoom just plugs in and works.
Way less management than a Cisco solution, way more reliable than high five
