We are a corporate training firm and use Zoom regularly to connect with clients globally. We offer our coaching sessions remotely to cut down on client expenses and allow for immediate connections, if needed.
- Overall easy and intuitive for a non-IT person to use
- Allows for easy screen sharing - especially for sharing video content
- Cost effective
- Some of my clients who use Cisco Webex have trouble understanding how to connect
- Some of my corporate clients do not permit employees to download Zoom on their desktops / laptops
