Overall Satisfaction with Zoom IQ

We are using this tool to analyze our outbound sales calls to conduct A/B testing on the interest generated towards various content cadences used for the outreach. The platform easily integrates with our Tech stack and is very intuitive and easy to use.

  • Call time analysis.
  • Gives us recommendations based on conversation analysis.
  • The prompts for similar calls can be fed into the system so it appears on screen during the call.

We already use zoom as our virtual meeting platform and the integrations this tool has with our existing tech stack were seamless. That was the major reason for us to select Zoom IQ over Level AI.
