ZoomIQ helps sales reps gain valuable insight into their conversation with a customer. You can see talk time, # of engaging questions, and talk speed. It is very similar to Chorus. AI.
- zoomIQ provides good conversation metrics around words per minute and talk speed.
- As a sales rep, it is helpful to see the breakdown of team vs client talk time.
- Seeing the deal size and projected close date is also helpful.
- I wish that there was a feature that would allow you to translate audio transcripts from one language to another.
- I wish it acted more like Chorus AI, where you could see your team's statistics and how you compared.
- Talk time metrics.

- Conversation Intelligence Software has had a positive impact on my career in sales. I like how you can see data regarding how your conversations went.
- In general, Zoom calls, where the video is turned on, have helped me increase the number of deals I close.
