Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We have a few licenses, mostly in the marketing department and a few in our sales department as well. Sales Reps reach out to me to get lists of companies they would like to target in their business development plan. They come back to me after with a refined list to get relevant contacts' information. We also use WebSights, where we see the behaviours and companies visiting our website. Another great feature is the topics trending among the prospects; so we can retarget them on social media or in any on-going campaigns. One of the great features I find super useful is the "enhance" of lists; ZoomInfo basically fills out the blanks within a spreadsheet pertaining to company information.

- Ratings of contact information - ability to report job changes and grade of contact
- Trending keywords - what customers are watching/reading
- Advanced searches - super useful for drilling down on a big list
- Advanced Search - esp locations - some glitches in adding several locations without quotation marks
- Location/radius in Canada - the postal code field is buggy
- Faster and easier way to get information for business dev
- Growth in prospects and leads and business overall
- Less time spent on research from sales team
