Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

My Sales team uses ZoomInfo to identify qualified decision-makers and obtain contact information. It is being used by a select group of brokers. The biggest problem that it addresses is verifying contacts with accurate email and phone information.
  • Provides mobile phone numbers, which is critical in the current work from home environment.
  • Provides high accuracy of emails.
  • Easy to use, search and navigate.
  • The Chrome add-on syncs well with LinkedIn.
  • Searching companies by hierarchy can be difficult or inaccurate.
  • Time efficiency
  • Access to info that the competition may not have.
ZoomInfo is better for contact level info, but D&B is better for company searches.
It is great for any cold pursuit sales organization, especially for targeted prospecting.
