Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
Used strictly with sales team - Business Dev Reps and Inside Sales Reps have log ins. Our Field Sales Reps have access to the platform, but do not use it as frequently as the other individuals. [ZoomInfo is] utilized predominantly for prospecting into new "greenfield" companies and contacts that aren't already in our database.
- Links profiles to social media pages
- Scoops are user friendly and efficient
- Alerts make prospecting into new companies convenient
- Websight visits - can't see particular pages that a person viewed
- Been able to fill cold-calling pipeline faster
The combination of tools is necessary, in my opinion... what one tool offers, another does not. ZoomInfo is a solid place to start, but shouldn't comprise a full tool stack on its own.
