Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We use ZoomInfo for our lead generation needs in our sales development team. It provides us with business and personal phone numbers, emails, and addresses for individuals we are trying to sell to. It provides a list of known contacts which we can pull from ZoomInfo or allows us to pull information on individuals we find on other websites.
  • Providing contact info.
  • Company department search.
  • Bulk exporting from 3rd party sites.
  • Not all contact info is up to date.
  • Clunky/slow interface.
  • Does not auto-generate emails if missing based on other company emails.

Compared to LeadIQ, ZoomInfo is far more advanced and helpful for our team. LeadIQ does not allow for the same level of efficiency when bulk exporting leads or integrating into Chrome. Relative to sales navigator, we found that LinkedIn provides almost no contact info on leads other than InMail. With the ZoomInfo Chrome integration, we can bulk export contact info from lead lists which is incredibly helpful and has literally revolutionized our lead gen process.

Zoominfo is excellent for providing contact info for individuals and searching through company departments for individual titles we may want to contact. We also use ZoomInfo's chrome extension to pull contact info from 3rd party sites such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator. For our purpose as a sales team, it is an excellent fit as we export hundreds of lead search weeks to contact. For those who only needed a few pieces of contact information every week, it may not be well suited.
