Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo helps me learn about clients or prospects. It is a way for me to see where they work, what positions they hold, and what the best contact email and phone number is for them. The information is constantly reviewed for currency and accuracy and I've found it to be mostly up to date.
Pros
- Provide employment information for contacts
- Provide contact information (email and cell) for contacts
- Allows to search in a variety of categories for new prospects
- Allows for a search of different companies / industries to see who their personnel are
Cons
- There are credit / search limitations based on the plan. Some plans are expensive

- It has had a positive impact in that it has helped us to research current clients employment backgrounds, helping us to be more prepared for conversations
- It has had a positive impact in that it has helped us identify personnel who might be a fit for our services in various companies / industries
We looked at Seamless.AI, which was a strong product as well and a little less expensive, but I preferred the sales representative that I dealt with at ZoomInfo. He was a little more polished and knowledgeable. I also found ZoomInfo to have a cleaner look and feel, but they were very similar products.
