Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Chat (formerly Insent)

I used zoominfo when I was in Sales at the company. I’d use it everyday to import prospects I found on LinkedIn to salesforce. It gave me prospects phone numbers and emails and was more accurate than most of the tools that I’ve used in the past. I would highly recommend this if your in sales.

Seamless AI is a lot harder to use.
It’s a lot slower as well and most of the time it doesn’t work when importing into salesforce and the data is not always accurate or reliable. I would definitely recommend using the zoom info chrome extension. Definitely worth the money. 👍

Zoom info chat is well-suited if you are working in sales and need to prospect and find prospects information quick and easy and import them to salesforce or two which ever CRM you are using. Isn’t as useful if you are working in something else like customer success. I found that I still use it every once in a while now that I am in customer service but I definitely don’t use it as much as I did when I was in sales.
