Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS

I was hoping to use ZoomInfo to find leads and send them emails or call them but have not been able to so far
  • None. I used Apollo for 1 / 12th the price and Apollo is way better
  • They claim they have intent data but it doesn't work
  • Spent about 50 hours in setup but still struggling with it
  • Team does not fix the bad contact data even after 2 months of follow ups
  • Horrible support and onboarding process
  • Dialer does not work even after 3 months
  • Self service model but priced as a "done for you model"
  • Aggressive and fraudulent sales practices
Not really.. its been 3 months since I started paying for the product but have not been able to use properly.

Dialer shows up as spam (they seem to recycle numbers), they don't fix the bad contacts even after weeks of follow up.
Does not integrate with my CRM. I didn't expect they would so this didn't bother me.

They are charging $13,000 but their product does not work properly and their support model falls way short of what was sold to me.

They have a dialer but the numbers they provide show up as spam when I call someone. When I ask them to fix it, they provide a list of about 12 different websites and 1-800 numbers that I have to call myself to get their numbers whitelisted. I spent about 8 hours on this and it still doesn't work.

Their sales rep promised me that the whole system would be "fully setup" the day after I signed the package and that their team would import the sequences. But its basically a self-service model using a klunky UI, where I have to invest another 20-30 hours to watch webinars and work with an offline support team to set it up.

I get bounced emails and when I email them asking them to fix these, they don't do it properly. I'm forced to exchange dozens of emails with them and they still haven't fixed some of the contacts I flagged for them two months ago.

Stay away from Zoominfo. This is one of the most frustrating experiences my company has had (and I, personally have had) using a B2B product, especially at this price range. I'd recommend Apollo instead, which is cheaper and works much better, and I'm happy to consider other products that do a good job.
