15Five vs. Advanced Cloud HR

At first, it was a little much to continue reporting each week. Then, as time went on, it was more helpful as I was using it as a tool to accomplish and complete tasks that were listed. There have only been a few weeks that I was unable to complete a weekly report, but all in all, it has made me more aware.

Advanced Cloud HR helps to solve problems with diversified magnitude and changing needs of an organization, the ones which are faced by the HR department obviously. This tool is a simple solution to most of the challenging HR tasks like leave application, Training tracking, Career progression, and many others. This makes it enough solution to cater to all the existing and futuristic HR problems.

• Questions are repetitive weekly, though this may be a function of our administrator, and not the platform itself. Answering the same questions every 2 weeks is an awful lot like the movie Groundhog day.
• Give employees at all levels visibility into the "How are you feeling" score to get a pulse on the entire company at once.

This program is the absolute best I've ever used in 30 years with organizations. Not only do I enjoy being a user and "filling it out" every week- but I would personally buy it if available for goal tracking in my personal life I love it that much!

It's very simple to use - not overly complicated. You wouldn't need training to use. There are some features I never use because I don't understand -- like one on ones. However we use without and still find a lot of value in it!

The 15Five support team is amazing. They were always willing to speak with me when I did something wrong in the system and never had a harsh or placing judgment tone in their voices. They respond quickly and promptly and allowed me to learn something new each time I cross lines with them. I used Achievers a while ago and it was only limited to rewards. 15FIVE really makes a difference, it's real engagement for businesses and provides a lot of structure. I also love what they preach in their social channels as we are constantly learning from their podcasts and blog posts.

This is a cloud-native application and it's very easy to implement and deploy across multiple platforms. This makes it a go-to tool for many organizations. However, the above-mentioned tools are no way less. They are the market leaders in the HRM department and are already established, players. But considering the price tag, they carry on license Advance Cloud HR is absolutely a no-brainer choice for organizations looking to get value for money.
