It is much better to prospect brands and find appropriate contacts at a parent account, and not such a strong suit for agencies.

Account based targeting for sales and marketing team is very well suited for SalesLoft. Cadence management (call/email frequency) with templates and guides is well suited for SalesLoft.Mass pool of leads with intelligent prioritization is not well done in SalesLoft.Native integration within Salesforce is not well suited for SalesLoft, this would be a great improvement they could add.

  • Initially when rolling out Salesloft to our various teams, the new jargon was not as intuitive as it could have been. It took our teams awhile to get used to the new platform. Somethings, like their use of cadences, seemed more complex than they needed to be.

SalesLoft is a fantastic product that will be extremely helpful to any Sales Rep looking to organize their information and stay one step ahead. While it has its shares of quirks and bugs it proves to be an awesome tool for anyone that is in the sales industry.

Winmo allows more dynamic and functional searches, and puts agency and brand contacts in one place. It also allows exports based on spend and in general, is much more dynamic of a software.

SalesLoft

In the past we used Cirrus Insight which lived inside of our email accounts. We had a number of issues with the functionality and inconsistency of that product delivering what we needed. After a number of complaints we decided to move away from Cirrus and over to Salesloft.

SalesLoft

  • Negative impact - when the platform doesn't work during work hours and the teams are making cold calls. (Not saying that it happens every day but maybe once or twice a month).
  • Positive impact - It was great when we were a team small team of 5. It was easy to copy and implement other teammate's templates into your own cadence. Allowing the team to streamline their process.
  • Negative impact - Threading feature. If you try to use a template for the second or third touch and try to thread it to the first touch it will not thread. You will need to copy and past the second and third emails as you send them off which is less efficient and not an accurate representation of data in regards to reply rates.
