Overall Satisfaction with Salesloft

SalesLoft is used to maximize the outreach efforts of our Small to Medium Business sales team. Using SalesLoft, we have been able to increase the volume of outbound connected calls by 20% & have found it to be a small to medium uplift in implementation. As an administrator, I have found the organizational tools met my needs for creating and managing specific outreach campaigns.
  • The use of cadences allows my team to quickly process calls that have been prequalified by our filters in Salesforce
  • The live call coaching with "drop in" capability has been useful for quality checking the calls, while allowing us to steer a call in a particular direction if necessary
  • Opportunity management has been our pain point with SalesLoft from the start. With the acquisition of Costello, we hope they will be able to close the gap.
  • The import process from Salesforce into SalesLoft can be problematic, but it allows for an additional layer of scrutiny in our qualifying stage.
  • Increased outbound activity
  • Ability to "warm up" leads for follow up calls
The initial setup and troubleshooting of our cadences was a great experience south Salesloft. We started with what we thought would work, and then the SalesLoft team was able to clarify the processes when contacted. We weren't far off, but having the Salesloft team available definitely helped. I will always happily recommend Salesloft
SalesLoft showed us a higher level of functionality than HubSpot, not only in the integration to SFDC, but also overall record management. After some time(roughly two years) and improvements made by HubSpot, they seemed to have caught up to SalesLoft but switching and rebuilding the integration isn't the ideal change we would choose without some glaring issues.

My experience with SalesLoft has been a great experience. My team implemented the platform unexpectedly, and I have found it to be extremely helpful for our BDR team to realize their outreach potential. The ability to use the cadence structure is a great way to organize and contact the maximum number of contacts.
