Likelihood to Recommend As per my knowledge and Altair Product experience, It is really a good product that comes with multiple features like IoT, BigData, dashboards, and other things. I personally really enjoyed using the services provided by Altair. It is well suited for the organizations who don't spend much time setting up their own platform, maintenance, and much more because Altair not only provides the platform but they will care about your products with good customer support and maintenance. I only found a bit low in the case of machine learning and AI products because I have checked different products that provide these services with good accuracy.
Read full review I appreciate that Zoho Analytics is deeply integrated into the overall Zoho platform. We used to have to import all kinds of different information from different sources, and it was a huge pain to create some of our reports every single month. Since using Zoho Analytics, we have been able to get info like click-through rates or rejected emails directly fed into it. It has been a considerable time saver having that integration.

Once I figured it out, it makes sense how to make sure the right data is provided in order to make dashboards quite flexible--- but without examples, I found it quite a challenge The initial organization of Analytics is NOT intuitive. Once in context, the organizational features make sense, but (at least initially) it would have been most useful if the organization of Analytics reports in Zoho Analytics had saved me a lot of time. Creating better reports and dashboards for our management team to evaluate the health of our business and to provide more insightful reports for our customers. Read full review Usability Very user-friendly UI and visual representation is also good for the price offered. Good tool but lacks some advanced and AI-based insights. It has an edge over other tools for the price of this tool. It has some great potential and i would consider this in my top 5 when considering tools of this domain
Read full review The platform presents some significant data and insight into the spending trend. While the graphics are great for presenting the information to other team members and management, predictive forecasting could use improvement. The drill-down and customization could also improve. The platform does produce some great insight when it reads the data.
Read full review Reliability and Availability ZOHO is a very reliable company/product. We never had any issues with downtime or inaccessibility to our data. Any type of maintenance that they had to perform was clearly communicated and never an issue. We use a lot of external hooks and we've never had any issues with getting ZOHO to communicate with any of those hooks.
Read full review Performance ZOHO has obviously invested a lot of time effort and money in to creating a reliable infrastructure with high availability. We've never had any issues with performance and all of our data crunching small to large has always been well within reason. We have come to appreciate the performance of ZOHO and will continue to use it for all of our data needs.

Read full review Implementation Rating If your external data sources are previously organized and correlated (e.g.: in your datawarehouse or database) your implementation will be easier. Of cource some not previously predicted correlation would be necessary to be done during the implementation, but if your organization let it to be all done into Zoho Analytics, it will take more time from your team.
Read full review Alternatives Considered Altair smart sight stacks up against all the products mentioned above because it comes with a wide variety of applications and services like Big Data, IoT services, Embedded systems, cloud-based service, data visualization, Machine learning, dashboarding, and much more. I have used the other products like Logi Composer,
Tableau CRM, and PowerBI but they only handle the specific use cases. So Because of that Altair Smartsight really provide a good and wide range of solution.

You can use it to create a workflow and the available execution profiles in which to run them. We currently have one session running for each workflow.
