Its probably better suited for home-use rather than in a large office setting. Fortunately, my suite is less than 2000 sq ft so it's not much of an issue. It allows downloading and can be used amongst other managers or IT staff and the likes. I dont use any for outside.

I work in the customer education space. Accessibility and site stickiness is an ongoing battle. We are constantly looking for ways to drive users back to our university site, making sure they find exactly what they need in a short amount of time. Intellum's simple, modern design is well suited for this. The learning curve has been minimal for new users. The more time-consuming part remains creating a constant stream of content with information that is both engaging and relevant to the learner.

  • Custom reports are timely.
  • System maintenance/updates always causes problems.

I have only had to contact them one time, and they were responsive and professional. It is difficult to give a rating on this unless you actually have an issue. This is the reason for a 9 out of 10. I can not give a perfect rating if I never had an opportunity to truly experience something.

Customization, access to data and learner experience is really the key points that makes Intellum stand out of the competition. Also, the constant improvement related to the LMS makes it even better overtime. Moodle and Google Classroom were too basic in my opinion.
