Asana
My experience in Asana is more than two years, and I really enjoyed the experience and working with my teams, as Asana provides effective communication between us and spread the fun, enthusiasm, and achievement in work faster, as I used conversations to inform the team what I want, follow up, comment on the tasks and inform them that the work is finished.

Lucidchart is a powerful workflow builder particularly useful to huge organizations implementing new and updated process flows across multiple regions, demographics, and departments. Creating easy-to-understand and visually appealing diagrams, the software's end products surely would appeal to a variety of users, from newly hired employees getting acclimated with the process to existing teams and leadership groups.

Pros
Asana
- Easy to use by any user (good UX and no installation needed)
- Easy to create a simple project, add tasks and sub tasks.
- Different display options, according to the project/tasks type
- Works great using a web browser, you don't have to install the application

- Large number of predefined charts, diagrams, flows
- A great repository of various symbols and objects
- The easiness of using and manipulating objects and shapes. There is a lot of auto-editing and adjusting which the software does for you which saves a lot of your time.
- Easy way of duplicating shapes.
- While working with the app everything feels organic and natural. You don't get the clunky/limited feeling which happens with some other similar apps.

Cons
Asana
- Some users might find the user interface a bit dull and un inspired
- We found the way to use multiple workspaces a bit confusing
- It takes quite a bit of planning to build a well organized workspace in order not to have way too many projects and tasks all over the place

- [In my opinion,] if there is one thing, perhaps it would be to slap Microsoft in the face a little harder.
- [Microsoft] Visio is ok, but don't try to copy them or re-invent the networking diagram world by becoming greater than [Microsoft] Visio.

It is very user-friendly. Takes a new employee an hour to start figuring out how the system works. That's an important factor. You don't want to encounter the issue where employees need a week to understand how the system works. For example, JIRA, I tried using it for a week and I still don't understand the complicated layout. Asana has a simple interface. Once you see it, you get it type of program.

Lucidchart is very easy to learn, and the search bars provided on every facet of the application (e.g. shapes) help you to find what you need very quickly. The UI is intuitive and it does what you would expect it to do. It does not have the wonky jumping-around habits when it comes to shapes that other diagramming software has.

I haven't had to use their support so I can't rate it. The fact that I haven't needed them reflects the ease of use of the product. I would recommend that any new users schedule a complete demo of the product to ensure that they are using it to it's fullest (there's a lot of useful features).

We have not needed a lot of support since the documentation is done very well. We have also had a good experience dealing with their sales team. They respond quickly whenever we acquire about adding additional licenses. Also, the billing team worked closely with our accounts payable team to set up and connect our billing systems.

I like how extensive the capabilities are for Asana. With other softwares it seems there are many things lacking. I feel like Asana is also a very user friendly platform and aesthetically pleasing which is important in a modern office. We have many young people entering our workspace and it is important to have software that is ahead of the times in functionality and efficiency.

Lucidchart when compared to the competition is way ahead of them. It has a good number of features available in the free version and the other thing is that there is none to a little learning curve required to understand the product. It is fairly easy to use when we compare it to the rest.

- Productivity - Most of all, it allows me to be more productive and have a good sense of where I am with projects and deadlines.
- Easy to use - I can make the most of my time to get up (and stay) up and running.
- Project coordination - Allows me to assign tasks to my interns and communicate directly within the platform to keep the work train moving.

- Lucidchart dramatically improved collaboration during the pandemic when teams were operating in a completely virtual fashion.
- Lucidchart not only allows for collaboration internally, but it allows us to build artifacts and documents which can then be shared directly or exported into a format that is easily shareable and sent to our clients.
- The adoption of Lucidchart across the enterprise has allowed all our teams to be working in a single platform and speaking a single "language." This has contributed to more seamless handoffs and transitions as projects and customers are passed from one team to another and everyone is using a common tool.
