Clari is a predictive sales analytics and sales forecasting solution from the company of the same name headquartered in Sunnyvale.
Bigin by Zoho CRM is suitable for medium-size or small-size companies. In our case, being a small company, all the functions that Bigin by Zoho CRM offers are more than enough. If in the future we need features that are not currently covered by the platform, we will evaluate the possibility of migrating to Zoho CRM. But for the moment (until now we had never used a CRM), everything that Bigin by Zoho CRM offers us fits our needs perfectly. Perhaps for other very large companies, Bigin by Zoho CRM surely does not cover all needs, although I couldn't give examples.
Clari is specifically well suited for sales reps, every week, every day to help organize their pipeline. Additionally Clari is very well suited for Sales Leaders to understand the entire sales organization picture in terms of expected company sales/revenue I can't think of situations where Clari is less appropriate, but not the entire company needs access and you do not want to waste license counts on that

Integrating SFDC activity for opportunity health reporting was missing
Very expensive - somewhat hard to justify the cost vs. the value received, and the expense would increase as the organization increased in size.
End to End Revenue forecasting - it would be great if Clari could forecast potential revenue 3 - 4 quarters out based on current top of funnel activity. Clari is really strong for in-quarter forecasting, but not future looking.
We needed to automate some of the sales process, removing time spent on admin and mundane tasks. This has enabled us to utilise more time with sales, increasing our revenue and sales since utilising this feature. With it also being easy to use, our team has onboarded the CRM into their day to day too.
Clari is very good when it comes to usability as I'm accessing it on daily basis as long as I'm on my Notebook, it helps a lot having visibility on my business status and progress on achievement. I can estimate my weekly, monthly, and yearly opportunities closure and revenue. I have some saved views which are so useful to get what I want to see.
The support is all international and it takes a while to get support as you have to go through chats and set up times, not as easy to just call and get the support you need. They are very nice when you do finally connect with someone and they are knowledgeable, just challenging being international sometimes.
Clari is very willing to jump in and build out use cases. They will work to do anything for you. That said, their follow up is not great. We have had to reach out for follow up several times on a project, which is still not complete. I wish they taught us how to complete what we want, rather than doing it in house for us
The price is much more attractive than equivalent tools. Pipe drive is as good, but the cost is a big factor when you are a small company, especially at the beginning. So that is why we chose BIgin, and we are delighted with it. With five members, it saves a few hundreds of euros a year.
Clari was selected due to the flawless integration with Salesforce, updates are made in real time. Being able to monitor everything at a scalable level has also been critical for our team. For example, we have different views established that show the rep level, manager level, director, customer segment. This eliminates unnecessary forecast/pipeline meetings
We have significantly decreased the number of overdue deals in our funnel.
We stay on top of deals within the pipeline much better now, since there is more transparency and accountability. This has sped up our sales cycle and our funnel is much more clean.
