Breeze vs. Network for Good

It provides the best project management. We had used this application for a short term project and it gives complete info and management for the project.

Network for Good has been so beneficial to my organization. I have learned how to reach my donors more efficiently and effectively. I have been able to keep all of my contacts and donor information in one place rather than having it on 6 different spreadsheets. I can keep track of certain events and fundraisers and keep that money separate from general donations. This allows me to see how successful an event has been and if I want to continue those events in the future. My coach has allowed me to build confidence in networking in my community. He had role-played with me and made sure that my ask was perfect before I searched for event sponsors. He also helped me find confidence with my board and how to tell them what I need help with and to remain firm in my boundaries. Each month I look forward to my sessions so I can soak up more of his knowledge on fundraising.

• It is very simple to enter donations and donor information into the Network for Good system.
• We needed a way to track "soft credits" in our donor management system, and once we discussed this with the Network for Good staff, they updated the system to allow us to track "soft credits," and the process of tracking them is very simple.
• If we have a question on how to use anything in the system, there are many how-to guides and videos that are easy to find. If the guides or videos do not help, the staff are available very quickly to help us troubleshoot our problem.

• Breeze has some disadvantages.
• It does not give access to the users to download the reports of the projects in PDF forms or any other format.
• The chart function of this application is not applicable to detect the curvy paths in the project completion.

• When creating a campaign page - it looks strange with then start/end dates/times shown if campaign runs for more than 1 day
• NFG should be able to download more than jpeg documents
• There is no way of changing the delivery time

We are still learning and rebuilding our nonprofit using this platform, so this year is a trial run to see how we can increase our network and our donations. So long as we are able to see a significant return on investment in terms of donations received through the platform, we will renew for next year.

It's very easy to use and customizable.

Every experience I've had with Breeze's customer support has been... incredible. While being exceedingly polite, they are prompt and helpful. When addressing my concerns, they often anticipated other potential concerns and provide answers to them. Very proactive. The support staff seems to be very knowledgeable. I feel like there's no problem that could arise, that they couldn't tackle.

Any questions I have had were answered clearly, any problems were solved quickly and efficiently

The layout of these projects and tasks is reliable user-friendly, exceptionally decent, clean, and coordinated.

Network for Good was an easy choice for us because they scaled down their pricing for smaller organizations, yet are clearly capable of offering top tier services for large organizations that we can scale up to. They were also more responsive with requests for information, and didn't put us on the back-burner when they learned that we are a small org.

• Much lower price point than alternatives makes it fiscally responsible.
• Easy to use platform makes it easy to use for volunteers.

• During the pandemic while many school fundraising events were canceled, NFG allowed us to stay in communication with our donors.
• NFG not only helped us raise our annual fund goal, but also a 10% increase.
• NFG reduced the amount of volunteer hours required to thank donors and mange donations by at least 50%.
