We have found Chorus by ZoomInfo to be an appropriate tool in a number of scenarios. The scenarios we most often use Chorus by ZoomInfo are when we are providing a prospect with a demo of our solutions or discussing ongoing projects that we are working on with our clients. Other scenarios include calls where we are talking with other companies about possibly establishing mutual partnerships.

The sales team uses constantly all the sharing features. We share Collections and share individual assets as well to our distributors. They consume our catalogs, price guides, delivery timeline schedules, and much more. For every content, I know the granular level of consumption that is occurring. I no longer have to make any guesses based on content. I am able to schedule follow-ups based on real time content.

  • Great job on putting the conversion metrics. It's a big help knowing our metrics in every meeting.
  • We learned what areas need to be improved and also the strength we had during that conversation.

  • Paperflite simplifies storing content in a single repository, giving content structure within an organization. By creating streams you are able to segregate content based on the content structure your organization has planned out.
  • Oftentimes the content created by marketing is not used by sales for lack of discoverability/finding of content. With Paperflite every asset is easily discoverable by a simple search feature. Paperflite does an in-content search as well, giving in-depth results and ensuring no asset is left unseen

  • The analytics around risks associated with certain words/phrases never seems to be accurate or relevant. Meaning I say things that are definitely not problematic, but they get marked that way.
  • Needs to be easier to locate certain parts of a call, maybe by a more powerful word search. This isn't a problem for 30-60 minute calls but is more challenging for longer training sessions that last 3 hours.

  • Nothing to mention, at this point but sometimes it takes a little more time to add assets to a collection. Not too sure if it's the internet connection or just a glitch on the website.
  • What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The analytics feature has helped me understand how my content is performing and make changes to it accordingly. The ability to create a personalized content experience for each of my prospects makes it even more better.

It's hard for me to give anything more than a 5 at this point. The primary reason is that we have only used it for a few months and I'm still getting a feel for the level of value it provides both to me and the team. In 4 or 5 months I'll have a better understanding of its value long term

This was sold internally as something that would help us be more efficient. I had high hopes that the speech-to-text feature would be useful for getting call notes/next steps, etc documented. But due to the limitations of the software, these things would take longer using Chorus than if I just write things down manually - disappointing.

I personally have not had too many major issues with Chorus, but the times that I have reached out to their customer support team I have always received great responses in a very timely manner. Their support team is trained in a very polite way and cares about resolving your issue. They are knowledgeable and helpful and the customer service line does not take long to connect to a real individual.

Have been very prompt in their responses. They know the product extremely well to respond precisely to the posted queries. Not just that, they are extremely proactive in providing quality suggestions and teach ways to improve the overall user experience when using the product. You give them your problem statement, and they'll come up with innovative ways to address it.

  • As a salesperson Chorus.ai help me to better my sales performance and accuracy on proposals I send based on everything the customer has mentioned during the calls. It's hard to quantify, but it definitely adds on the closing rate percentage.
