Likelihood to Recommend FormAssembly is an excellent tool for creating personalized web forms that integrate with
Salesforce . It is a very powerful tool and although it is user-friendly, there is a learning curve. It would be less suited for very simple forms that do not integrate with other systems, as there are probably simpler tools available for that purpose.

I have tried other platforms that are not as complete in the free version like MailerLite. This makes me want to upgrade to the premium version and I'm sure you will get the same benefits.
Read full review Pros SalesForce integration is really nice. You can map to specific fields with form values, or you can use detailed formulas. You can also choose to bypass assignment rules on a per-form basis, and create customized logic for when cases are created, when leads are created/merged, etc. It's very robust. Form creation in general is very simple. They've gotten good over the years of creating an intuitive, drag and drop interface that's quick to edit. I like that you can also assign values to fields so conditional form building gets easy. I like that you can customize how responses are viewed in the response window. Choose what columns show up so you can find records with ease, and with just one glance. OR you can download everything to excel in a snap too. Includes email automation workflows in their free plan - the only provider I know of that doesn't charge you after one month or hit you with "transaction fees". Excellent video tutorial library so you can learn email marketing as a beginner without feeling overwhelmed. Read full review Cons It may not be Salesforce Lightning Experience compatible - at least for us - in terms of linking to Lightning Experience Notes Saving a form edit can be confusing depending on where in the form the edit is made It would be nice to add a background image so that the desktop browser doesn't have so much white-space around the form. Read full review I would add more types of inbox previews so people can see their campaigns across more channels Mailerlite could definitely use a few more default fields, and more field types. This is an area where we get stuck writing more custom fields than we like. I want to see a variety of fields, from text box, to radio buttons, drop downs and more date options. Custom fields should be able to be organized according to the list type. Custom fields that are added show up on ALL subscriber profiles, so if you were building a list that had a field for the type of pet someone had because you run a Dog Walking Business, but also had a list that only served Sponsors, that dog walking option would show up on all your subscriber types. If there's a way to change this and I missed it, my bad, but I haven't yet found that to be the case. I'd really like to see Mailerlite have the option of adding a subscriber midway through the process, and a RESEND option, whether that is to non-openers or people who are new to a list. While you can set up drip campaigns or triggers to send certain emails when people change their status, it seems a bit too time consuming. I'd love to see a date specific reminder email template for meetings. That would be awesome and speed things up quite a bit. IN addition to that, the afore mentioned need to ingest external data resources means that we do have our eyes open toward the landscape so that we can fill these needs. This in no way indicates a move away from FormAssembly: their support is first rate, and so far the product has always stood up to the tests we've put it through.
Read full review Mailerlite is awesome and it does everything I need and then some. They're always innovating and adding new features, and their team is flippin' amazing. Can't see myself ever switching. They may not have everything, but looking at how well their team works, they'll get there for sure and I'm willing to wait.

I've had other experiences with competitors, so I'm delighted that this team cares about my business. It's good to know there are real experts ready to jump in when you need help
Read full review Alternatives Considered When we were researching options 2 years ago, FormAssembly beat other form tools hands down based on
Salesforce integration features. The ability to declaratively set up prefill and post-submission data connectors supporting complex hierarchical data relationships was huge there. We also valued the ability to authenticate
Salesforce users on the form. This allowed us to ensure that only authorized individuals could make updates to their records (and not other people's records) via the form. Since we embed it so heavily into
Salesforce , we often compare FormAssembly to
Salesforce 's native Visualforce and Lightning Component frameworks when deciding how to fulfill a data capture requirement. Unless something very custom is called for, we very often choose FormAssembly first for the flexibility it gives us to build and iterate in the early phases of a new program.

While they're more like LinkTree, they also have a great feature to build a newsletter following and their AI prompts encourage you to send more newsletter blasts and then help write the e-mail for you with the blogs/YouTube videos already embedded for example.
