The plan can be billed based on the number of API calls made to a service instance or on the number of active users who interact with the instance.
IBM watsonx is clearly superior to yellow.ai. Compared to Google Dialogflow is a tight comparison.

IBM Watson Assistant is much more complex than all the other products mentioned as it uses AI and NLP from the beginning of the conversation which therefore translates into a better customer experience whereas the others are easier to set up and deploy in the beginning.
