Simple & Easy to create. You need little to no knowledge on the working of Google forms, the process is intuitive and quick.
Data collection is a breeze. The data gathered from google forms is precisely presented to you without modification. Integration with Google Sheets, provides us with more flexibility to filter and sort complex data fields.
Personalization - Google forms allows us to brand the surveys/questionnaires that we send out. They feel a little more personalized and worked up that just generic forms that our competitors send out.

My number one issue is that in quizzes, the Multiple Choice Grid format (essentially, a matching section, which is the ideal format for some information) will not allow an answer key to be programmed. This means manual grading of an item of this type.
Some features are not very intuitive, such as adding an answer key. It's rather buried. The Help option will provide guidance, but I feel that as a relatively tech-savvy person, I should be able to find and use all commonly used features without having to go to the Help section.
Forms do not automatically include email notifications to the creator when participants finish the quiz, and this setting has to be turned on manually for each form you create. It would be handy if there were an across-the-board option to indicate that you do or don't want email notifications for responses to all your Forms.

I love google forms, it is simple enough to get all the voting and attendance done that we need. I rate it this high because I have recommended it to a lot of my friends at school who run clubs. It is very user friendly and I had almost no problems with it what so ever

Overall usability is easy and while I have been using it for years and used to it, new users seem to be able to create surveys without any training or hand holding. Simply create a login and they can figure it out themselves quickly because of the intuitive nature of the layout.Verint could use to improve or update the user interface as it seems very dated visually.

Every support contact I have had, be it by email, live chat or phone, I have had my issue resolved very quickly, efficiently and professionally by a knowledgeable and well trained support team member. Having worked in technical support many years ago myself, I can appreciate the level of service and quality of support offered by Verint. I would, without hesitation, say that Verint offers one of the best support experiences out there.

Alternatives Considered

Survey Monkey can be a tad more clunky in the building- there is something that is so seamless when using Google products. Google Forms we use when we don't want something too complicated- and most people are very familiar with the Google Forms process, so I trust the backend the entire time. In more recent years, we find ourselves turning to Google Forms more- I am a more tech savvy member of the team, but what I like about using Google Forms is that I can pass it on to my other team member, who feels less confident in this area. With SurveyMonkey, I'm typically the main staff member who feels like they can work it out adeptly. Plus, as I've mentioned, the price is absolutely impossible to beat for the quality
