    HubSpot CRM helps in organizing your deals and the different stages of the deal in a very nice way. It gives information about which emails were opened by your recipient and gives this information in real-time, this gives some insights into what your recipient may be thinking. I think this is so far a complete tool and does not have any flip side, you may not want to buy it if your outreach volume is less and the free version would be more than enough.

    If you receive a notification that a prospect just read your email and you don't receive a response, you're then aware they've received it and your pitch or product is on their mind -- making a call later that day all the more effective.

    Pros

    HubSpot CRM

    • Sequences- setting up email/call campaign sequences for automated emails.
    • Automated emails shut off once the customer has responded so you can make a manual reply.
    • Very user friendly for your sales or account manager staff.
    • The ability to make templates for email and email tracking allows you to see how many times you have touched the client.
    • Setting up meetings and including a Zoom link is very simple and it tracks it in the activity thread.
    • Setting up tasks for daily operations allows you to never miss contacting or reengaging with a customer.
    • The ability to create new companies and HubSpot pulls in their financial information.
    • The analytics section allows you to be able to see your daily progress.
    • The dashboard helps you manage your pipeline for sales and productivity.
    • The ability to see email templates made across your department is very helpful.

    • The snippets feature are very good, have shortcuts to use and save a lot of time.
    • Having a CRM platform inside your Gmail/Gsuite account is great for improving the use in a day to day basis.

    • There is a lot of upsells within HubSpot. So while the custom sales reporting is great - I believe you have to pay more for it on most plans.
    • The ability to enroll contacts in a sales drip campaign is on a 1-to-1 basis which can be cumbersome if you have an influx of leads.
    • Depending on list size, email sends can be slow as it sends in batches.

    • Streak should work better with Microsoft. Often you need to run your excel files through Sheets in order for them to be compatible.
    • Having a Dashboard rather than being a tab in your email might add to its usability.

    Because it's integrated with HubSpot marketing platform, which is indispensable, and works simply and seamlessly with the marketing platform. The CRM is intuitive, never a time burden, and makes doing business development work a whole lot easier and enjoyable. I think at this point it's safe and fair to say we would be somewhat lost without the CRM.

    I have used Pipedrive and Salesforce, and they all provide outlook at sales. I think Hubspot worked really well as an inclusive marketing, CRM, forecasting tool. As a sales rep, Pipedrive was easier to use, but lacked all the reporting necessary for our leadership team. I have not used Salesforce in a while, but I remember it being more sales focused

    I love the HubSpot support team - they have always been fantastic to work with and extremely helpful. Whether it's via chat or an email, I never wait long for a response and they don't just "answer the question." They dig deep with you when figuring out a solution, and make sure to give you all the information you need to ensure you're ready to go.

Also, the data flow between marketing and sales on HubSpot helps both teams take informed decisions which were not happening with a Zoho CRM.

    HubSpot was almost too freeform, I had a hard time grasping how it could work for me because there was so much that could be changed around. Streak was so easy to figure out without much time invested and I like that it just lives in my Gmail without needing to go to a separate website/login.

    • If you're a larger company with a lot of contacts, the platform will feel expensive. But when looking at it compared to money saved in direct mail and other offline outreach tactics (with less trackability and possibly less effectiveness), the value is more than there.
    • The integrations and automations are allowing for smarter work, more appropriate, and targeted communications.
    • The recent shift in pricing structure (to the marketing contacts model) allows for more flexibility in cost if not every contact is a sales or marketing opportunity.
    • For true B2B inbound marketing, the platform does its job, just be mindful of the requirement internally to support it with high quality, lead-generating content. Otherwise you'll still be treading water.

    • It has helped me save time on reaching out to people thinking that they didn't get my first email.
    • It had the positive return on investment in the fact that the time I spend using Streak is much less than the time I would spend not using it.
