One of the best software I've used as it's very agile and integration is seamless via APIs. On top of that, it really aids in my day-to-day tasks, and better management in workflow, and it helps me keep things organized and it delivers on the features that you don't normally …
Similar offering to Salsify. I think Salsify has better digital shelf analytics. I think both do a good job rating overall content health at the SKU level. I think Syndigo has a more integrated API into various retailers and distributors. Both are quick and easy to set up …
If you're looking for a tool to be able to syndicate singular products to other platforms, Salsify does well. Where it falls down a bit is when you're creating kits or bundles and trying to pass that data along to other applications. Overall, it's the best syndication platform we've found in the market.
Well suited for quick setup and ease of use. Synidgo does not have the ability to maintain cross-references such as family items, accessories, replacement parts, and collections. Implementing and maintaining custom taxonomies is challenging and time-consuming, I prefer using an in-house PIM. Syndigo does have the ability to identify discrepancies that do not meet standards.
The customer service is AMAZING! They walked us through everything step by step... multiple times. They are also working with us on how to identify our goals.
I am only giving it a 9 because they are working on streamlining the uploading process to make things easier on our end - once this is complete I would most likely give it a 10!
I was not directly involved in the purchase decision process to acquire Salsify as we started using it after it, but I can tell the Team decided on Salsify for a number of solid reasons including functionalities, price, integration options, and usability. Otherwise, we would have kept the older tool or decided on a different provider. Salsify took the lead as the ideal solution for us earlier this year.
