The service request management function is excellent, but the system misses a bit in the UI (user interface) issue, which ends up being somewhat complex. So I believe there could be a tab on the platform with video tutorials to help with the experience, I don't know if it has, and if it does, it could have easier access so that all users know what it has and how to see it.

A comprehensive HR system like UKG HR Service Delivery has value in unifying the functionality that, for many companies like ours, used to be distributed across multiple point solutions. However, the user experience of most areas of functionality is inferior to most of the best-of-breed point solutions on the market, a trade-off I wish we didn't have to make to have a truly connected system.
