The Adobe support team is forever there to help, I remember one instance where I wanted to cancel my subscription and the support guy asked if he could postpone my subscription for 3 months while I continue using it. I agreed and after 3 months I was able to continue my subscription.

Did not encountered major issues so far. Had crashes a couple of times while opening big files and trying to sync files from cloud service. After sending crash report, support service contacted through IT and had feedback to overcome the issues for future occurrences.

I have not used support for Adobe Acrobat DC in particular, but I have used it for other Adobe products in the past, and I have always had a great experience. The support team is knowledgable and helpful, and they are usually very quick to respond. I'm sure the support team for Adobe Acrobat DC is just as great.

It was rather difficult to get a solution to a recent problem while contacting customer service. Although they offer phone and chat support, getting the issue resolved was not as easy as I thought. But I have only dealt with customer support one or two times, so it is not a big deal. The software works pretty well that I would not need to contact support at all. Just in regards to account and billing questions, support was needed.

I haven't had to use support for Acrobat, so I can't really rank this appropriately. However, given the quality of the software itself, I'm going to give it a 10. I'll also give it a 10 because of the fact that I haven't had to contact support at all.

Whenever I ran into an issue, I was able to find professional support for Adobe Acrobat in their online forums, where I was able to communicate with their staff as well as their end user community to quickly resolve any issues. I was able to easily find their support contact information but I never needed to reach out to them.

I haven't had to use the customer support very often, it at all. Why? Because the software has a well though through user interface and has lots of horsepower when it needs to deal with gigantic documents. I don't think I've ever seen it crash.

The only time I recall using support was when I contacted them to ask how to change the default line spacing. My recollection was that it took a while to find the person who could answer this question, and the answer was "you can't."

I said it before and will say it again. This is a great product for a very good price. It does cost a little bit of money but it is very much worth it in my eyes. I've already recommended it to numerous people and will continue to do so in the future.

I have rarely had to use Adobe Acrobat customer service. There is plenty of online tools to utilize if I have any questions. Again, their plentiful tools and capabilities are easy to use within the application user interface. Should issues arise, I am able to quickly find help (via a video or article).

Never needed to, I was able to use the functions I wanted without trouble, so I have no experience with the their overall support. However I would say it's easy to upgrade to the latest version and I'm happy with the interface, it's easy to navigate and the speed is fast on an older computer.

The go-to for PDF files

I have not had direct support issues with Adobe Acrobat. That is managed by our IT Manager. I am not familiar with any issues or concerns that he has had with support. If there were problems, he would be looking for a product that would serve us more effectively. Since that has not come up in our Software Committee, I take that as a vote of confidence for Adobe Acrobat.

I have never used Adobe support. Based upon the size of the company and the number of clients they have around the world I would imagine their support is pretty extensive, but Acrobat DC is simple enough to use that I didn't need to contact support. Enough people also use the software that there is a ton of documentation available online.

We've never needed the support. But based on what I know about support from Adobe for their other products, it's probably a 5. The type of situation where you hit or miss getting the issue resolved because you're speaking to someone in a foreign country reading off a script. You shouldn't need support for this product though as it's very easy to use and learn.

Love using Adobe Acrobat DC

Overall I love Adobe Acrobat DC. You can easily, share, comment, sign, stamp documents. You need to become familiar with it but once you do, it is very useful. The features are great. It helped save time for when we need things to be reviewed and comments made, people can reply to a comment made and you can see it all in one easy place.
It was and still is a great tool to use. I like it a lot. I would recommend this to others to use.
