Adobe Sign Reduces Clientele Slippage
We have the majority of our staff working remotely from home and it has been so easy to train everyone how to utilize adobe sign. Our documents are preloaded so that agents can simply select a legal agreement from a drop down menu. They can then preview that document and prefill as much as possible before sending it to our clients to sign thus ensuring there are no errors.

Great but could do much better.
The workflow that Adobe has is confusing - I wish we can see more samples or examples on how they are being used in a real world. A community where we can discuss our ideas and how we can make the product better.
We have a big team, so there are a lot of new agents coming on...so it is CRITICAL that we have an interface that is as simple and user-friendly as Adobe Sign. We get other products free from our MLS, but it doesn't compare to Adobe Sign for the benefits and less hassle.

Great for Wedding Vendors!
Adobe sign has increased in user-friendliness since I began using it. I can now use its simpler fill and sign option to quickly fill in information for my client contracts. The process is very quick and I can fill and send a contract for signature in a matter of minutes. A couple years ago, I would find myself having to restart a contract because I was working in the wrong order and I would accidentally save over my base files. I can now quickly add my client info without the added confusion and it's far easier than when I used to do everything manually and create scans of written contracts.

Simplify agreements with Adobe Sign
Overall, our organization has enjoyed the benefits of the user-friendly nature of Adobe Sign. Functional users in various departments have been empowered to digitize processes that used to be paper-heavy. In addition to speeding things up and reducing paper usage, this also increases reliability as agreements can be tracked at every step of the process.
Because Adobe Sign is user friendly and provides detailed documentation, this work can be done with limited or no IT involvement in many cases.

Adobe eSign - The best signing experience
Adobe Sign integrated easily with Salesforce until Salesforce launch a 2nd platform. Now it's a bit more challenging only because we haven't transitioned to Lightning. The tool itself is extremely easy to use within Salesforce, or even with their online app. It's user friendly for the sender and for the recipient as well.
