I am using Ceipal ATS in my organization for Job Posting and Candidate Sourcing to search for candidates from internal database or external sources. Ceipal ATS make life easier for recruiting the candidates for different job roles. I am a recruiter and using Ceipal daily for sourcing the candidates for my Job requirements. And we also use for candidates application tracking regarding the submissions, interviews and feedback.

  • Ceipal provides us Job posting options for sourcing the candidates
  • Ceipal has new AI searching features which helps us a lot.

  • I don't found any problem with Ceipal i am using this regularly i am happy with this ATS.
It's Suits me very well in order to sourcing the candidates and for Job posting it's handle a high volume of job postings. Ceipal provides us different job board as well which we used for sourcing the candidates. We are also using to store and feed the documents.
Very useful to manage the client requirements.

Ceipal ATS where we use to fetch the resume from various portal
Business problem is we could not get multiple profile
as Recruiter we use to migrate resume and reach the candidate

  • document with high resolution can't be submitted
  • sometime we couldn't able to view a profile which is empty inside - where we need addition credit for that
  • some profile which are inactive
we used it maximum for sourcing the resume and review it submitting to client through manager, scheduling the interview with time and date. Tracking the resume where the status. we can even mention the mode of interview, the document which is submitted could not be deleted if it a wrong or by mistake.

We use Ceipal ATS to post all the available daily requirements and the use of integrated search we will start sourcing profile through integrated portal in a single search. After sourcing the profile we will submit resumes to the account manager through Ceipal ATS to track the submission status. Because of Ceipal ATS we are saving our time. Bulk Email and integrated search, submission tracker, interview status, pipeline and we can pull out all the reports easily to show case the team performance.
  • Bulk Email to all the available internal database candidates
  • We can tag the candidate profile for the working position to avoid duplicate sourcing
  • We are having more option to fill the candidate information like, SSN, DOB, Visa Status and Expiry date, Skype id, candidate website and many
  • We can integrate multiple job boards in Ceipal to use wisely
  • While posting job in dice we can set automate response. If the candidate apply for our job, he/she will get automated reply.
  • We need to update Work Authorization and few other details manually.
  • Not user friendly. Only experienced person can use proactively
In Staffing business Turn Around Time is really important. Ceipal ATS is really helpful to reach bunch of candidates with one click using bulk email. We can reach more number of candidate within short span of time

We are using Ceipal ATS for Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling interviews and Closing the candidates for an end-to-end recruitment process. In most cases, we face a mighty issue some profiles will appear in Career Builder and Monster without the skills we mentioned in the Boolean String. In Dice, we can avoid the profile without the phone number by using the filter. But in the carrier Builder & Monster, We can't avoid those profiles. so, we losing our time and profile views also.
  • Myself particularly likes the mail merge option it helps me to get profiles faster.
  • Tracking the applicant status is great in Ceipal ATS
  • Ceipal ATS helps to get a profiles easier in Dice for W2 & Fulltime position by using filter.
  • In Career Builder, we can't Filter the USC & GC candidates.
  • When we add notes in CB most of the time it won't replicate in other portals
  • Adding more advanced report and analytics of the candidate will help to get profiles faster
Well suited if recruitment companies need any large-scale requirements that help recruiters to work across each position, During the client submission and the internal submission, we can use Ceipal ATS for those times. In some cases I face lots of issues during the time if I need any profiles that they are willing to travel, it makes it more complicated to get a profile.

Use of Ceipal ATS in our organization-
Ceipal ATS helps us in maintaining candidates database, this helps us to find the resumes quickly even if we only have the email ID or phone number and we use Ceipal ATS to generate weekly and Monthly reports. We use Ceipal for the end to end recruitment process from creating job postings, managing candidate applications, scheduling interviews, to the final selection of candidates.

Business Problems- Sometimes when we use particular skill in Boolean string it shows lot of profiles but when we open it that skill won’t be there. I think that’s the only problem with Ceipal ATS.

Scope of Use Case- If we rectify that only problem I think Ceipal ATS will be the Future in Recruitment field

In our organization we use Ceipal ATS to track the candidates and use different job boards like Monster, Career Builder, Dice, and many more so it makes easy for us to source candidates for one place itself and it also helps us in generating a mothly and yearly report as well which is beneficial for every company to check their Employee performance.
  • Ceipal ATS provides an access to multiple job boards at one place.
  • Ceipal ATS helps us in tracking the Applicant profile.
  • In Ceipal ATS we can also manage our client list and can make reports individually as well according to the Client.
  • Ceipal ATS gets logged out automatically after 15-20 minutes when it is not in use.
  • In the Job board section, internal database search engine is very slow and not always gives you the relevant results.
  • A mobile application of Ceipal ATS is not working properly as when I logged in for the first time it shows wrong password again and again and after attempting several times it allows me to login.
Ceipal ATS is good when it comes to candidate searching from different job boards and it is also helpful in tracking the applicant status as well, but when it comes to internal database I don't like their searches because they are incomplete and irrelevant. But overall my experience with Ceipal ATS is good.

Ceipal ATS does not catch the boolean string in a proper manner. Many times it has been observed that a certain keyword is mentioned in the resume but still is not highlighted despite using the same in the search string. Sometimes it also becomes case sensitive and some sometimes not.

As I am the administrator account of our organization, I usually use it to generate reports like usage report, To clear any issue cause in Ceipal ATS. It is easy to access the job portal using a single click. Every time it is easy to contact customer support to clear issues occurs in Ceipal ATS. The most likely way to use the Ceipal ATS is to migrate the new profile as we need to store in internal Database.
  • Accurate Usage of all the user views
  • Easy to switch from one job portal to another using integrated search
  • From administrator point is easy to allocate the view as per the requirement for each and every month
  • If any one user account is deleted, we can't retrieve his submission data, as we can see only his submission count only
  • Some times AI will automatically recommend some profiles, but it doesn't suit for the requirement
  • Sometimes if you looking for particular role in Job portal, Ceipal ATS has shown less profiles. I assume that when we are logging to same job portal using their website, it shows more number of profiles
Previously we have used Job Diva as our ATS, it doesn't have features like integrated search, which we have that options in Ceipal ATS. Job diva doesn't have the integrated Job portal, we can login will multiple users at the same time, But individual Job portal like Monster, Dice, Career Builder we cant login more the user at same time. So Ceipal ATS is best when compared to Other ATS.

Ceipal ATS is so helpful to in the process of sourcing the Related profiles according to the client expectation using Strings according to the job description. It saves lots of time in screening and sourcing process. In Ceipal ATS there are a lot of specifications like bulk mails and email merges it makes the RPO jobs so easy to find out exact matches profiles of the consultants it saves lots of time using different ATS portals in Ceipal ATS. It's so useful and helpful.

Using Ceipal ATS is so easy and useful nowadays most Staffing Companies use Ceipal ATS to search fit candidates profiles according to the client exceptions and Its User interface was so good and easy even a fresher can easily learn it. According to My experience, the comments and notes are useful in Ceipal ATS over the candidates resumes. It solves the misunderstandings between my colleagues while reaching the same candidate resume.

I use Ceipal ATS daily for Recruitment Purpose in my company. We source and Hire candidates for US we are staffing recruitment firm, and I use Ceipal ATS to store candidates information send them email messages for multiple job openings and add their information once they are hired.
  • Ease of use.
  • Many good features like AI and sending text message.
  • Easy integration
  • Smoothness, very user friendly UI
  • Sometimes it is a bit laggy
  • AI feature doe not works accurately sometimes
  • The message feature does not have notification.
We are into staffing and Ceipal ATS has helped us a lot in terms of its easy integration with job boards, and user-friendly ecosystem with ease navigation User Interface, adding profiles to Ceipal ATS is very easy, sending bulk emails, tracking activity on a candidate's profile is very smooth.

Ceipal ATS integrated search works like a charm and gives you the desired filters to look for the right candidate through various integrated job boards. By giving the results on a one single page makes it more easy to use and reach out to candidates.

Internal Database of Ceipal ATS is the worst which I have come across.
Irrelavant Results Refining Issue
Difficult to apply filters.
ANother which accoring to me is worst is that Ceipal ATS offers "multiple ways" to do the "same task" like "uploading a candidate to a particlur job posting which makes it difficult while training a team.

I use CEIPAL ATS to source candidates. We have integrated it with our internal database and external job boards. it also helps me to keep a track of my data, performance. It is very user friendly, took me about a day only to get used to it. Its features like integrating it with different softwares is also very helpful

I am using Ceipal ATS in my current organization for the recruitment purpose. It helps me to find the best candidates for the requirements which I get from the client. I use Ceipal ATS to track the details of the candidates and details of requirements which I post on the Ceipal.
Ceipal helps me to maintain the record of the candidates which are uploaded to it. It has wide scope for me. I can say this is the best ATS i ever used during my recruitment career.
  • I can easily find the candidate details by using his email address.
  • I can easily post the job on the Ceipal without any complexity.
  • I can easily track record of candidates submitted by me.
  • I can easily find the details of the interviews posted on the Ceipal.
  • I can easily upload the resume of new candidate.
  • It has to improve his dashboard; advance search should be on main dashboard.
  • For adding new candidates, we have to go through from many pages, add that feature in main dashboard.
  • To track our submissions, we have to click on 2 pages, make it on main dashboard.

I am using Ceipal ATS for Sourcing Purpose. Its helps me to find the quality profiles in Job Market. It's easy to use also. I can use 3 or more job portals like Monster, Career Builder, and Dice. We have other options like Internal DB where we can store our Datas and Integrated search- it contains all the mentioned 3 job portals. It's reducing the time to find the candidates in single search. As a single software we can use multiple purpose like database maintenance of previous candidates details. This will help the recruitment field and recruiters. Definitely recommend software for big organizations.

This helps us to manage a huge database in internal DB and solves the problem of logging in to different job portals to search and post. Here we can do candidate search and do job posting on multiple portals at once, That's the major advantage of using Ceipal as ATS.

Ceipal ATS is well suited to find candidates within quick TAT, Options like mass mailing help us to save time and ease to find candidates. Keyword inaccuracy is affecting big time, once we put boolean and then open a profile then we came to know that particular profile doesn't have relevant skills which we mentioned in boolean is a drawback.

I like Ceipal very much because we can use integrated search both ( Career Builder, Monster, Dice). Easy to search resumes with the skills and locations, Title and days back search also done through this Ceipal. Very good ATS for find the best talends for the clients requirements. Some times repeated resumes are there some vendors posted the same resume in different style that's the issue otherwise all good. I like most candidate bulk email option it easy to help to send email to the multiple candidates at a time. More time saving for us. Very helpful to follow-up the candidates. User friendly ATS. More filters are there to save our time. we can find exact skills match candidates with this ATS.

We use Ceipal for recruitment and data analysis. I personally use this to track my teamwork records and as well as thier weekly and monthly performance. Ceipal makes it easy for me to keep all the employees record in a single portal as well as the track on posted roles from the sales team and recruitment.

Ceipal ats is well suited at us at the time of sourcing a appropriate candidate for the suitable role. and it also helps in reaching maximum candidate at the time through merge mail. and it is less appropriate when there it comes to find the rare skills candidate, we have to use LinkedIn apart from Ceipal because we couldn't find the candidate over a Ceipal.

Ceipal ATS play a very crucial role in my day to day activities, which includes from the candidate searching to submitting the profile of candidate, it shows the exact profile what we need at the moment with the help of the strings and also it have filter option so that makes very easy to identify the candidates for the exact requirement.

  • The options which provided in the resume uploaded date is the best one, so that we can see the newly and fresh profile
  • It shows active date of the candidate that is more helpful
  • And one more thing is the entire profile of the candidate is available. so that we can easily go through the candidate which respect to the requirement
  • Again, The monster platform is the ultimate one where we can find the talented profile
  • In Ceipal ATS, we can find the candidate from entry level to Senior or lead or director level. all kind of profiles are available
  • last but not least, the experience and updated resume option is best one
My experience with Ceipal ATS is around 1 year, this is the best and unavoidable part of my day to day job responsibilities. i didn't find or search any other platform like this, best one for requirement process also the ultimate thing is the section which is divided in Ceipal ATS with respect to the job kind, location, experience, resume updated date, active days... these are best things

Ceipal adding more information to submit candidates for some requirements. It leads to more accomplishments via sourcing and collecting data. Somehow, Various technologies include the applicants through these Ceipal specifications. Despite insufficient data, it works continuously actions for a complete process. Moreover, most of the candidates are reached by its process.

We use ceipal ATS to find the right candidate for an opportunity, based on the skill set we can give the keywords on the Ceipal. Ceipal has multiple job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc.. we can search for the right candidate by using the location, work Authorization, experience, and qualification.. we can fetch the resume by using the last updated option as well.
  • Ceipal has the mass mail option here, so we can send a mass email to 999 recipients at the same time.
  • It has the vendor mass mail as well so that we can send the mass emails to thousands of vendors.
  • We can submit a candidate and schedule an interview as well.. so that others cannot reach the candidate.
  • By using Ceipal delivery team can access and evaluate the team performance.
  • By using Ceipal we can directly post a job in job portals as well.
  • Ceipal can improve better things in internal db to get the exact resume there.
  • If it provides Mexican and Canadian candidates that would be better.
It is very useful to send thousands of mass emails and vendor emails to the receipt so that we can easily get the response from the candidate.. we can easily submit and schedule interviews in Ceipal as well so that others will not reach the candidates for any other opportunities.
