Very suitable for work meetings where we need to bring the entire team together to discuss project-related topics. As well, very useful in moments where we need to connect the team with clients and facilitate the connection between them. In the professional environment, the tool is very valuable and becomes indispensable when working with remote teams.

If other meeting software is not included in necessary software packages, then GoTo Meeting makes a lot of sense. It is price competitive with alternatives, robust, and reliable. The software in usable with minimal training and little support necessary. Scheduling is quick and easy, and screen, program, and desktop sharing are robust and seamless. If other options are included in the price of other software solutions, then GoTo Meeting represents an unnecessary added expense.

It is best when you are on the go because it has the option to mask the phone of your screen as well as mute button that ensures privacy of the meeting. Using less bandwidth also saves you from consuming your data.

When you are testing out conference applications as your company scales, GoTo Meeting is a very affordable solution. It offers many of the similar functions as other applications but at a much affordable rate. It's well suited to US based / different time zone meetings and screensharing as never really been a big issue for us. We hope that GoTo will increase it's bandwidth so we can connect consistently with overseas teams (without needing to use Zoom)

We meeting with a prospect in a GoTo Meeting to show them features and benefits our training platform provides. It is very good at allowing us to show all the features through a live feed and actually instruct the prospect on use so during their demo trail they are able to get the most benefit out out of that experience.

It is an effective tool for any type of face-to-face hands-free (phone-free) meeting so you can share your screen with someone. Great for presentations and collaborating with someone not physically in the same place as you or your team. Face it, using a phone app (though they also have this) is more annoying than being able to sit at a computer because of the hand movement.

Goto Meeting is probably less well known and less widely used than Zoom or Teams but it is a reliable and quality solution for professional video conferencing. It is well suited for media professionals working on any type of marketing campaign which involves audio and/or video. It is also useful as a back channel for communication during any type of presentation.

GoTo Meeting is great for scheduled meeting between 2 to 10 users and allow them to speak and see each other, but if you have more than 10 users it can be a lot to manage a meeting and keep users muted who could be causing feedback, while also running the meeting, so it can be useful to have a platform like goto webinar for bigger meetings where you can mute all participants quickly and easily.

Our teaching staff particularly find the GoTo platform well suited for remote parents evenings. Reaching out to make appointments is a breeze and links and instructions can emailed in a heartbeat to mailing lists. Remote learning is possible for our pupils using GoTo but doesn't provide assignment and marking features. This isn't a game changer for us as we user other platforms as well, the video conferencing is the main driver.

GoTo Meeting is more suited when you have calls with external customers to demo your software product features. It is also useful for development teams working on a big project. It might not be useful for a team of just few people or where you need to know whether the other person is available online to setup a call immediately.

Well suited for meetings with external contacts that may not have Microsoft Teams as part of their day-to-day organization structure. Fairly simple to schedule meetings and send invitations to contacts. Anyone with access to a browser can join.
For organizations already using Teams, it makes more sense to utilize that tool for internal meetings so chat messages, etc. are tracked with other corporate communication.

I think Its well suites for remote working and learning as well as calls between different companies and users, I also think its great for Virtual Participation it can hold up to some of the big players like Cisco Webex and Microsoft Teams

I used it to talk with a vast amount of people that I would not normally be able to meet in person. GoTo Meeting is a godsend and I absolutely applaud all the things it allowed me to do. It allowed me to finish many of my task ahead of schedule as I was able to collaborate with others quickly and efficiently.

GoTo Meeting is a great tool for video conferencing and employee meetings. Whether jumping on a quick video conference call or having an extended meeting, it meets our needs and is easy for everyone to use. The only circumstance where it may be less reliable is if someone is at a job site and their connection isn't as strong, but that can be expected.

It is simple and has improved over time but I want to say that others that have been longer in the market are definitely more suited and adaptable for different teams and business needs. Integrations can be improved and be more seamless, AI is becoming bigger but other platforms like zoom are way ahead of GoTo Meeting. And not having a free plan is not really a good point when there are so many that do offer that.

GoTo Meeting is great for an instant meeting or jumping into something at the last minute. It's also nice when you need to record or share your screen, I feel the functionality is easier to use than competitors. I feel that the safety and security of GoTo Meeting is better than other similar products.
