Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting

We use GoTo Meeting to conduct Bi-Weekly Development calls where we discuss our progress and status of assigned work items. In case, we need to have a discussion on-demand, it becomes very easy to setup a call with our teams members. GoTo Meeting helps us record our calls and also become presenter to share screen with fellow teammate. This helps us to collaborate on a project with ease and work together as if we all are located at the same place.

GoTo Meeting is certainly better suited to our needs as compared to the other similar products we have used before. It's desktop sharing feature and audio and video quality is certainly the best. We have used GoTo Meeting regularly for more than 8 years and other products have not made us feel to migrate to them.

GoTo Meeting is more suited when you have calls with external customers to demo your software product features. It is also useful for development teams working on a big project. It might not be useful for a team of just few people or where you need to know whether the other person is available online to setup a call immediately.

We will take 30 day trial evaluation for each available product and take feedback from stakeholders before making a purchase. The key factors would be again audio and video quality and reliability as well. We will evaluate each product based on the feedback provided by everyone and make the final choice.
