Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting

Comminication problems within an organization can be paralyzing for business progress with prospects. Aerolearn uses GoTo Meeting to demo our training platform for prospective clients as well as conduct admin training for existing client.
  • Provides video recordings for entire meeting
  • Allows us to show prospects various aspects of our product line
  • Allows us to conduct admin training for new and existing clientele
  • Instruction on use of new features
  • Notifiction of removal or replacement of features
  • Expanding a help and how to section
  • Positive impact on our conversion rates following online demos
  • Positive impact giving us the ability to sceenshot training platform via video for client instructional tutorials
  • Negative impact due to poor audio connections and volume control via computer audio
Just for the fact that we are still using GoTo Meeting after all these years speaks for itself. All the platforms I mentioned above have their positatives and negatives like most software and applications but after years of continued use of GoTo Meeting we've learned work arounds and have done our best to get the most out of the product.

We meeting with a prospect in a GoTo Meeting to show them features and benefits our training platform provides. It is very good at allowing us to show all the features through a live feed and actually instruct the prospect on use so during their demo trail they are able to get the most benefit out out of that experience.
