We use Vtiger in managing our client. From Database, to quote creation up to orders and collection. One software from Sales to Operation to Collection. Also, we use this in extracting data for our reporting.

It's not complicated and very easily to use compared to the CRM I used from my former company. There not too much to click just to finish the tasks. Easy to generate data for reporting.

I love this CRM, very user friendly. Not conflict and easy to generate the date for reporting.
there is not much problem in using CRM. There were times it was lagging or bugging, but later on it will be fixed and I can use it again.
It's the CRM that's very easy to use. Not too complicated and easy to extract data. Easy to understand. Very user-friendly.
