Overall Satisfaction with Halogen TalentSpace
We use the system for onboarding and learning and have been very fond of the 1:1 module as well.
- 1:1 is fantastic
- Learning content is easy to upload and manage.
- The performance module is great, but it can be challenging to train on.
- A singular way to deliver sales training and on-boarding. It has decreased total time to productivity.
Better than ADP, not quite at the level of Workday. However Workday does not accommodate smaller organizations nor provide as strong of an implementation team. ADP doesn't come close to either system.
