Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Virtual Office
It has been used across our whole organization. Since we are a virtual company, it helps us to be able to dial each other using just an extension number, even though everyone is in a different location. We use it daily for our phone queue for support to answer customer inquiries.

With Onebox, our employees had to use their own cell phones for their work calls. Additionally, there was no call queue function available at the time. Instead, all cell phones would ring at once, and it was a mad dash to who would answer. 8x8 has way more robust features to offer a growing company.
