Overall Satisfaction with Act-On
We use Act-On as a component of our agency lead management and generation discipline. We set up, administer, and create content in Act-On for our clients. Primarily this is for outbound email, list management, and lead routing via CRM.
- The marketing list management interface works very well.
- The interface, when compared directly against solutions like HubSpot or Marketo seems about a generation behind in UI, look, and feel. Functionally it works fine, but look-wise it does not rise to the top.
- Provided a very well received increase in information on the lead pipeline
It is at the low end on the price scale. Compared against HubSpot or Marketo, the UI is a bit behind (font, color, and user flow)
