Overall Satisfaction with Act-On

The Act-On Anywhere integration is simply superb. My sales teams are able to check content from our CRM without ever having to actually leave the CRM.

I love the automation features, although it does have a steep learning curve attached to it - the automation represents perhaps one of the best tools I've seen on the marketplace to date.

Whilst we have the Zoho CRM system we opted for Act-On instead of Zoho Campaigns because the Act-On platform has superior capabilities in terms of automation, email management, list management and I particularly liked the email integration that Act-On has.
No, I personally think Act On is suitable for all companies.
