Overall Satisfaction with Act-On

Act-On is user friendly and works in conjunction with SalesForce. This makes tracking e-mails easy and their reports are extremely easy to read. In addition, it protects you from e-mailing opt-outs and bounced e-mails. I have found their training sessions very helpful and customer service is fantastic. I would highly recommend any company who uses e-mail to reach their prospective clients try Act-On.

  • Now that they have more layouts I have no complaints.
  • Given us a better way to track our investment.
  • Ease of use and able to keep my team on the up and up.
I like the fact that Act-On works with SalesForce. I still use SimplyCast to mix things up a little, but our main program is Act-On.
Act-on is well suited for any e-mail you need to send in large or small quantities. They also keep you up to date on trends and best practices. I use Act-on for 95% of all my marketing.
