Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
I am the only person in the company, and I use it for building trust with leads. Once I get them on my email list, they are put into an automation that sends them value-based emails for a 4 week period.
- Automation builder
- Customer support
- Pricepoint
- More features in the base subscription.
- Faster loading time.
- I've had some errors with clients getting stuck in an automation point.
- Increased trust with leads.
- Increased replies.
- The only negative issue I had was that an automation got stuck so people weren't getting emails when I thought they were. I possibly missed out on a lead or two this way.
Before ActiveCampaign, I used Gmail and Mailchimp to send out mass emails. In Gmail, I had to create a group from the contacts and then insert the group to send it. It worked, but there weren't any reports or information about opens or the users. Mailchimp is better than Gmail in that you can get information about your campaigns. My main struggle was with the automations. It was all linear based, so everyone had to go through the same process. I like ActiveCampaign the best. It allows me to do what I want to do. The only thing I miss from Mailchimp is the rating score for contacts. I could get that from ActiveCampaign, but it's around $150 a month.
