ActiveCampaign is being used in our marketing department and is being connected to other software used by other departments. Right now we are using it for pre-qualification of sales accounts and automating our customer experience initiatives.

ActiveCampaign was able to perform the same functions as the other two without the astronomical cost. For partner agencies, they make it easy for agencies to partner with them without an extraordinary investment. I didn't even start to use the others (Hubspot for a hot second with its free versio.n)
