Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
ActiveCampaign bubbled up as the premier tool for our email marketing. There are so many other options out there, and believe me, our team tried quite a few, but ActiveCampaign stayed at the top of our list and is our only choice now. Integrated with the GroupLeads plugin (Chrome browser) gives us great automation to connect FB leads and email contacts, allowing us to set up an entire campaign for maximum connection to our fitness community. Our problems of glitches and dropped emails don’t happen with ActiveCampaign as it did with several other solutions. Just make sure you use a Chrome browser!

- A fully developed solution for us, they’ve been around for a while!
- At first, we thought the monthly fee was a bit steep, and maybe it still is, but we are getting good value.
- Offer a lifetime subscription option and we’ll be customers for life!
- Dashboard is a little confusing at first. Maybe run some focus groups to get a better feel for what snapshot people are looking for.
- Positive impact for sure: Our ROI on leads is about 110% now since we don’t lose any.
