Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We are utilizing ActiveCampaign for our Sales, Marketing, and Support department. It is essential for us in keeping all of our leads organized in a central database to be used between multiple members in our departments.
  • Easy to use the Automation feature
  • Great for Mass Email Blast
  • Super Versatile with integrating Lead Capture from multiple websites such as Wistia, Vimeo, etc.
  • Could have a better dashboard for sales
  • Content manager could have a better folder structure
  • A direct link to access a dashboard that could be customized for reports could be useful
  • We no longer miss a lead
  • Able to say in contact with all of our leads
  • Effective communication with our leads
There are pros and cons to both systems. Where ActiveCampaign lacks in sales Pipedrive does not, but where Pipedrive lacks in Marketing ActiveCampaign does not. Both systems can complement each other for a powerful combination.

We are utilizing it for Sales, Support, and Marketing. Although this is more of a marketing platform it is still powerful with all the features it contains and at a great price. Because it is not really a Zendesk type platform it lacks some of the support features, but nothing that is a deal-breaker.
