Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
ActivTrak has truly our business. As a manager, staying on top of everyone's tasks and productivity used to be a bit of a challenge but since we started using ActivTrak, I feel like I have a personal productivity assistant when I need it. The problems we were facing were remote users but now I feel comfortable with this great tool.

During the Covid period and thereafter, it was difficult to show if employee's were engaged during our business hours or if they were working on the tasks needed. The ActivTrak tool has helped us identify when and what tasks were being worked on and ensure it was closely aligned to the goals.
Using the analytics tool, it helped to identify who might not have much of a work load and also those who may have to many. Adjusting the workloads across teams where it was needed has showed improvements while keeping an eye on either daily, weekly or monthly reports gives us an insight of where to improve.
The use of the tool has provided productivity tracking, workload balance the use of the end user tools available to them. ActivTrak has effectively helped us to monitor online activity, application use and with the email of the weekly activity to the managers, it has helped them put a process that will help the end employee.
We selected ActivTrak for the features we were looking for. One of the main reasons was the deployment for Chromebook's and of course the price. During our demo held with each party, we were impressed with presentation from ActivTrak. One thing we would've liked is for ActivTrak to also be available for deployment to Android phones.
