Our department managers have a better understanding of the work their teams are doing and how each team member is spending their time. We have developed a plan to reduce time spent on low ROI tasks.
Primarily we have seen a reduction in overtime, team members understand the tasks that give us the best ROI and spend their time on those tasks so they can leave the low ROI tasks for later.
Understanding how time is spent has been critical.
